One of the Dropped Tea Founders approached me about doing a map for the Knock Down event they executed on Peckham Rye. The event was like no other event I have experienced. There were many stops, and at each stop there was a unique performance.
KNOCK DOWN was a weekend of performances down Rye Lane, Peckham. A collaboration between local talent and local businesses to celebrate and explore the memories and stories of those who call Peckham & Camberwell home.
Eight artists raised in and around Peckham & Camberwell created short pieces exploring their relationship to the area they grew up in.
Each performance had its essences linked to Peckham. Each performance used its space and place effectively. Each performance, managed to move you.
